Hopelab Foundation Inc. (“Hopelab,” “we” or “our“) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users (“users,” “you” or “your“) both on- and off-line. This Privacy Policy along with Hopelab.org’s Terms and Conditions govern your interaction with the Hopelab.org web site located at www.Hopelab.org (the “Site“), and your registration for and use of the Site. 8. CHILDREN
Hopelab is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our Site is not targeted to children, however, we do conduct studies which may involve the collection of Personal Information and Other Information from children. Before collecting Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, Hopelab will ask the child to first show his or her parent or legal guardian a statement disclosing that Hopelab wishes to collect Personal Information and explaining how Hopelab intends to make use of this information. 10. HOPELAB SECURITY PROCEDURES
The security and confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us.
